Why the Clique Travel Guarantee is a Market Mover!

Relevant Articles

For years the logistics industry has had a fractured reputation when it comes to accountability and liability for poor performance!

How often have you heard:

  • “We will try our best, but we can’t guarantee it.”
  • “We are non-common carriers.”
  • “We SHOULD be able to get this done on time.”

Then what happens…..it fails! And what’s even worse no one-told you it was going to fail…

We have listened to these frustrations and felt the pain of these failures. That is why we decided to move the market and introduce our Clique Travel Guarantee service.

How it works:

  • Come to us with a mission critical shipment that cannot fail
  • We will provide the solution and quote
  • We micro-manage the shipment through to completion with a signed POD
  • If it does not meet the agreed deadline, you don’t pay!

This commitment is our accountability to drive the outcome.

This service creates a level of security and certainty unseen in the industry.

How is our Clique Travel Guarantee performing in 2023?

As of August 2023, we have only had one missed ETA on our Clique Travel Guarantee service….one! Whilst this particular shipment missed the ETA, we were aware of it before it happened, was able to alert our customer and our customer was able to alert theirs.

No damage was done, but as the shipment missed the agreed deadline our customer did not pay. We still paid the carrier, as no one is prepared to be as accountable as we are!

We can confidently say our Clique Travel Guarantee service is the best performing DIFOT available in the Australian freight market!

Navigating this evolving terrain demands more than just efficient logistics; it requires a deep understanding of stringent biosecurity protocols and an awareness of emerging chemical regulations. The Australian government, through bodies like the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF) and the Australian Border Force (ABF), is progressively enhancing measures to protect our unique environment, agricultural industries, and public health.
