If your goods are lost or damaged during transit, notify Clique via email or phone. They will then provide you with a digital claim form link to complete with the
necessary details of the incident.
What do I need to submit a claim?
- Invoices to support the value of the goods
- Evidence of damage (if relevant)
- Dated evidence of Damage/Loss notification
